1.  www.testfunda.com offers 1GS + 2Aptitude paper free of cost.  I recommend answering the aptitude paper. It is the best paper that I found till now on the internet.  At the end of test, it shows excellent analysis of your performance, strong and weak area and national wide percentile and rank. Go through the following steps:

a. Go to http://testfunda.com and register on that website and Login.

b. Click on Purchase Tab and point to the UPSC 2011.

c. You will get a link on that page saying "Take a FREE mock iUPSC Prelim Test NOW! "

d. Answer the  iCSAT 01 (Paper II) and iCSAT 08 (Paper II) free of cost.

e. The test is of 2 hrs duration... 100 questions

2. www.civilsexpert.com offers 30 free mock tests (15 GS + 15 CSAT). You have to first register on their website to access their question papers. This site too provides analysis of your performance at the end of the test.

3. http://www.indiancivils.com/.  On this site, regularly one test is uploaded (either subjectwise or mock test), those who want this facility can register for this site. As of now, it is completely free of cost.This opportunity is restricted to only known referecnces (Friend circle only)., so you need to enter a secret code, Ref Code : 123civils while registering. You can refer this code to your friends, once you login.
