Protest at jantar mantar Age /attempt relaxation

On 17 Aug 2013 Saturday : 10 Am to 6 PM: we will have peace full protest : about 100 people will be on day long fast: later in the evening we will take out a candle light march till India gate.
We have already taken police/ administrative permissions.
Please join the movement: we need 10 thousand people across all section and society.
Demand : 3 year Age and 3 Attempt relaxation in civil services exam.
why we demand this:
In 1979 when changes were done then 3 attempt and age relaxation was provided.
Since 2011 upsc has eliminated people from rural background , hindi medium , minorities ( urdu), vernacular medium kannada telgu, tamil, bengali etc:
Today the representation of all other language has dropped to less than 10% taken together. Biggest hit are minorities , hindi medium, vernacular language , People from rural background etc.
2013 civil service examination is a major change.
In 1990 and 1992 age and attempt relaxation was also provided to upheld justice.
There are 10 lakh people who are preparing and apply for civil service exam ,which means 10 lakh families or 60 lakh people . If you include the Provincial civil service or state civil service which are also changing syllabus because of Upsc.The total number of people affected is more than 1.5 crores.
